Really good Dining Experience

Dining at Paradisus Playa Del Carmen was a highlight of our stay. We reserved dinner at 'Fuego' and 'Mole', and both experiences were great. The menu at Mole was exquisite and our server, Manuel, really enhanced our meal with his attentive service. Each dish was a delight to savor, making our evenings lovely.

Perfect for Kids!

The activities available for kids were fantastic! The Kid's Club was a wonderful place for our children to make new friends and enjoy supervised fun every day. They begged to go back even after we picked them up. The staff made sure they were well entertained and happy, which gave us the chance to relax by the pool.

Luxurious Swim-Up Suite

Our swim-up room was simply amazing. It provided easy access to the pool, allowing us to flow in and out at our convenience. The resort is absolutely beautiful with modern decor and excellent amenities. While the rooms are spacious and well-appointed, the service was a bit hit or miss, particularly regarding the family concierge. Although there are several dining options with good food, I expected a bit more. It's a great place for families, especially with younger kids, but older teens might find less to engage with.

We had a great time at Paradisus Playa del Carmen - Family Concierge, appreciating the family-friendly amenities and attentive service. The staff went above and beyond for our little one, making our stay special. However, we faced some inconveniences with our swim-up suite and issues at the beach due to algae, which detracted from our experience. Overall, while it is a luxurious option, certain areas could still use improvement.

We had a wonderful stay at Paradisus La Esmeralda! The food was delicious, especially loved the variety at the a la carte restaurants. Our room was perfect for our family, with a nice layout and a great balcony. On the downside, the beach was unfortunately not usable due to seaweed, which was a bummer for us. Overall, the service was attentive and personalized, particularly from our Family Concierge.
